Finally got my Mac back! No thanks to Apple! Making promises about when it will be fixed by, resulting in me not getting my laptop back until an hour before I left for Australia, forgetting to put the parts back in; it’s never good when your laptop gets “fixed” and comes back with half the ram it went in with, and the original problem hasn’t even been addressed. Had a bit of an issue with Apple Australia originally not agreeing to fix it with the UK store being at fault; Applecare’s “worldwide warranty” apparently isn’t as self-explanatory as it should be. Finally! Ah, internet.
